This role is essential to keeping both our noise control company (Memtech Acoustical) and real estate operations running smoothly behind the scenes. Youxe2x80x99ll own the administrative, logistical, and operational support functions that keep our internal and external relationships strong and our projects moving forward.In this role, you will:xf0x9fx97x93 Calendar & Meeting Management xe2x80x93 Coordinate schedules, book meetings, send reminders, and ensure follow-ups happen on time.xf0x9fx93xa9 Inbox & Communication Support xe2x80x93 Triage email, draft professional responses, manage client/vendor communication, and respond to DMs and messages across our social media accounts.xf0x9fx93x81 Admin & Operational Support xe2x80x93 Handle document organization, data entry, and various administrative tasks that keep the business organized.xf0x9fx9ax9a Logistics & Coordination xe2x80x93 Schedule site visits, track deliveries, liaise with contractors, and manage key logistics for both real estate and acoustics projects.xf0x9fx93x8a Project Assistance xe2x80x93 Monitor timelines, track action items, and help keep projects on schedule.xf0x9fxa7xbe Meeting Follow-Ups & Accountability xe2x80x93 Create follow-up notes, to-do items, and task assignments after meetings to ensure clear next steps and that no communication falls through the cracks.xf0x9fxa4x9d Internal Team Coordination xe2x80x93 Serve as a point of contact between the executive team and other departments; coordinate with team members to ensure alignment.xf0x9fx93x9d SOP Development & Improvement xe2x80x93 Help document and refine standard operating procedures for smoother workflows.xf0x9fx93xa3 Marketing & Social Media Support xe2x80x93 Draft blog posts, create social media content, help with SEO efforts, respond to comments/messages, and create discussion threads on platforms like Reddit to spread awareness about noise control and our services.xf0x9fx93xa7 Email Campaigns & Distribution Management xe2x80x93 Help create and manage email marketing campaigns, maintain and update distribution lists, and assist with client outreach initiatives.Who You Are:
