Membership Sales Consultant - Full-Time

Location: Zone Fitness Willowbridge

Zone Fitness Willowbridge is looking for motivated, outgoing, and results-driven individuals to join our dynamic sales team. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on meeting targets, enjoys working with people, and has a genuine passion for health and fitness.

Key Responsibilities

Actively promote and sell memberships to expand the Willowbridge branch member community Generate leads through referrals, outreach, and club promotions Engage with walk-ins and potential members, converting them into long-term clients Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through consistent effort Provide excellent service and ensure a positive experience for prospective members
Minimum Requirements

Matric / Grade 12 (or equivalent qualification) At least 6 months of proven sales experience (fitness industry experience is an advantage) Computer literacy Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills Target-driven, persuasive, and highly motivated Ability to work well under pressure and thrive in a competitive environment
