Zone Fitness is preparing to open our brand-new

Table View

club, and we're assembling a high-energy

pre-sales team

to help launch the branch successfully. We're looking for confident, driven, and people-focused individuals who thrive on sales and enjoy being part of something from the very beginning.

About the Role

This is a

pre-sales position

, meaning you'll play a key role in building excitement, engaging the local community, and signing up our founding members before the club officially opens. If you enjoy working independently, creating momentum, and hitting targets, this is a fantastic opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

Promote and sell memberships during the pre-sales phase Generate leads through outreach, referrals, activations, and local marketing Engage with potential members and build excitement around the new club Convert enquiries and walk-ins into founding memberships Consistently work towards and achieve monthly sales targets Represent the Zone Fitness brand with confidence, professionalism, and enthusiasm
Minimum Requirements

Matric / Grade 12 (or equivalent qualification) Minimum 6 months' sales experience (pre-sales or fitness industry experience is an advantage) Computer literate Strong communication and interpersonal skills Confident, persuasive, and target-driven Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, results-focused environment
