Membership Sales Consultant - Full-Time
Location: Zone Fitness Hatfield
Zone Fitness Hatfield is looking for enthusiastic, confident, and results-driven individuals to join our sales team as Membership Sales Consultants. If you enjoy helping people, are motivated by targets, and want to be part of a growing fitness brand, this role could be your next step.
Your Role
Proactively promote and sell memberships to increase the Hatfield branch's member base Source and follow up on leads through outreach, referrals, and community engagement Convert walk-ins and enquiries into long-term members Consistently achieve monthly sales goals and contribute to branch growth Deliver professional, friendly service to every potential client
Minimum Requirements
Matric / Grade 12 (or equivalent qualification) At least 6 months' sales experience (fitness industry an added advantage) Computer literacy Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills Goal-driven, persuasive, and self-motivated Resilient and able to thrive under pressure
