What You'll Be Doing

Actively promote and sell gym memberships to grow the Cobble Walk branch Build your own lead pipeline through walk-ins, referrals, outreach, and follow-ups Engage with prospective members and guide them through the joining process Consistently work towards achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets Provide professional, friendly service while representing the Zone Fitness brand with energy and pride
Minimum Requirements

Matric / Grade 12 (or equivalent qualification) Minimum 6 months' proven sales experience (fitness or retail experience is an advantage) Computer literate Strong communication and interpersonal skills Confident, persuasive, and self-motivated Able to perform well under pressure in a target-driven environment
