Membership Sales Consultant - Full-Time
Location: Zone Fitness Westgate
Zone Fitness Westgate is looking for motivated, energetic, and goal-driven individuals to join our sales team as Membership Sales Consultants. If you thrive in a target-driven environment, enjoy building relationships, and have a passion for fitness, this opportunity is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively promote and sell memberships to expand the Westgate branch's community Generate and follow up on leads through networking, outreach, and referrals Engage with walk-ins and convert enquiries into committed members Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets Deliver excellent service and represent Zone Fitness with enthusiasm and professionalism
Minimum Requirements
Matric / Grade 12 (or equivalent qualification) At least 6 months of proven sales experience (fitness industry background is advantageous) Computer literate Strong communication and interpersonal skills Confident, persuasive, and highly motivated Resilient and able to perform well under pressure
