MEDI-SPA HOSTESS & ADMINISTRATOR
FRANSCHOEK - Cape Winelands (Western-Cape) - South Africa
STARTING DATE: Pre-Opening April 2024
REPORTS to: Managing Director
TRADING HOURS & SHIFTS:
- Tuesday to Saturday 09:00 - 18:00
- Sunday 09:00 - 13:00 (rotate every 2nd Sunday)
- CLOSED on Mondays & Select Public Holidays (management's discretion)
- Day off on your Birthday
- 15 Working days off per annual leave cycle
- R15,000 per month (Gross)
- Incentives (at management's discretion)
- Somatology / Health & Skin Care / Cosmetology related diploma - BONUS
- ITEC / CIDESCO / CIBTAC / City & Guilds / SAAHSP or similar internationally accredited qualification - BONUS
- Medical association certification - BONUS
- Secretarial or Personal Assistance certification - BONUS
- Beautifully groomed & well presented, the face of the business
- Experience operating the front desk of an Aesthetic Clinic, Day Spa or Salon
- Knowledge & understanding of various aesthetic & beauty treatments / products and terminology
- Exceptional guest/patient relations
- Computer literate & skilled in booking software
- Social Media & MS Office savvy
- Proactive & solution focused
- Service excellence orientated, professional at all times
- Courteous, friendly and welcoming nature
- Able to multi-task
- Liaise with senior management, staff and vendors accordingly
- Previous experience in a senior / managerial role is an advantage
