Job SummaryJob SummaryWe are looking for a highly motivated and organised plant supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our treatement plant. The sucessful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the plant, managing a team of production staff and maintaining high levels of quality and effciency.Job Duties:
- Supervise and coordinate the operations of the medical waste treatment plant
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Oversee the disposal and treatment of medical waste materials
- Maintain records of waste processing activities
- Train and supervise plant staff
- Implement and enforce plant procedures and policies
- Monitor equipment performance and maintenance
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a waste treatment plant
- Knowledge of medical waste regulations and best practises
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of waste treatment processes
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Must have electrical experience
- Must have mechanical experience
- Certification in Waste Management
- Experience working in the healthcare industry
