Key responsibilities
Draft letters in respect of Medical Underwriting
Handle member queries
Finalizing of Medical Decisions for Group Risk schemes
Liaising with intermediaries, clients and front offices where necessary
Prepare medical documents for the underwriters and doctors
Handling problems and complex enquiries regarding Risk products in the designated sphere of responsibility
Provide professional support to both internal and external clients with regards to the Group RiskMedical Underwriting process.
Qualifications and experience Matric/Grade 12
Strong numerical and analytical ability
At least 2-3 years' experience within a Group Risk environment essential
Knowledge and skills Knowledge of the Group Risk Industry
Good communication skills -- both verbal and written
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
