Medical Scrub Tech (sales Representative)

Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide surgical case support. Ensure customers receive the correct products. Educate customers about additional relevant products to drive sales. Keep accurate records of cases, product usage, and orders. Deliver excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns. Prepare and organize sterile surgical instruments and supplies. Assist in theatre cases (CRICE certification required). Travel to hospitals as needed to provide case coverage. Work closely with the sales, warehouse, and logistics teams to optimize sales. Availability to work evenings and weekends when required. Maintain a professional, outgoing, and persuasive demeanor.
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:
A valid driver's license and own vehicle. 1-2 years of experience in a Scrub Tech role. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently. Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills. Basic knowledge of human anatomy. A
BSc Degree/Diploma
in a related field is advantageous. Familiarity with theatre environments and orthopedic equipment.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
