A vacancy exists for an experienced Medical Receptionist/Administrator based in
Hillcrest, Kwa-Zulu Natal.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Answer incoming calls and direct to appropriate staff
Schedule patient appointments and theatre procedures
Obtain medical aid authorizations
Submit billing to medical aids
Greet patients, assist with paperwork, and process payments
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Requirements:
Grade 12 or equivalent
At least 5 years medical reception experience is a requirement
Advanced computer skills
Strong coordination and administrative skills
Attention to detail
Excellent customer service skills
At least 5 years experience working for a medical specialists
