My client in Bloemfontein is recruiting for an experienced Medical Receptionist in Bloemfontein. Requirements: Grade 12
Minimum 5 years Office Administration / Reception experience at a Medical SPECIALIST Practice
Completely fluent in Afrikaans and English
Fully computer literate (Especially with the following programs, MS Office, MedEdi and Practice Perfect) Duties will include:
Schedule appointments and follow-up appointments with patients
Schedule patient appointments with other medical service providers
Reschedule appointments as and when necessary
Preparation of patient folders according to diary
Opening files for new patients
Capture patient information to medical programmes, such as MedEdi
Schedule emergency appointments
Arrange and coordinate hospital admissions
Filing of patient documentation and information
Responsible for switchboard and communication (telephonic / email / fax / in-person)
Attend to patient enquiries
Any other administrative duties as requested by Specialist
