Job Function:
As a Medical Officer Specialist in Orthopaedics, you will be responsible for providing expert care in diagnosing and treating musculoskeletal conditions, managing both pre-operative and post-operative care, and supporting surgical procedures. Your duties will include assessing and treating fractures, sprains, joint injuries, and chronic musculoskeletal conditions, as well as assisting in surgical procedures such as joint replacements, fracture fixation, and arthroscopy. You will work closely with orthopaedic surgeons and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients, ensuring effective rehabilitation and recovery.

• Confirmation of Registration with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) as a Medical Officer with Specialization in Orthopaedics
• Relevant Qualification Certificate (Specialist level in Orthopaedics)
• Professional Indemnity Certificate of Medical Membership
• CV with contactable references (uploaded when submitting your online application)
