We're looking for a motivated, goal-oriented Outbound Caller to join our Marketing and Customer Engagement team. In this role, you'll play a key part in generating interest, nurturing leads, and introducing agency decision-makers to the software and services that we offer.
You'll be making outbound calls to home health and hospice agencies, sharing information about our EMR platform, clinical and billing services, and other solutions that improve operational success. If you're great on the phone, confident speaking with professionals, and excited to support healthcare providers--you'll thrive in this role.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing clients to introduce software and services
Educate prospects about our EMR, Billing, Clinical, Training, and Education offerings
Qualify leads and identify the right point of contact (Administrator, Director of Nursing, Owner, etc.)
Set appointments and warm hand-offs to Sales Team for product demos or deeper conversations
Maintain accurate and organized records of all interactions in the CRM
Follow up with previously contacted leads and respond to inquiries as needed
Collaborate with the marketing team to support ongoing campaigns and lead nurturing
Meet daily/weekly activity and performance goals
What We're Looking For
Excellent phone communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
Bilingual (English and Spanish)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Self-starter with the ability to stay focused, manage time effectively, and meet call
goals
Ability to learn and explain products clearly and confidently
Prior experience in outbound calling, telemarketing, sales, or healthcare customer
service preferred
Experience in or understanding of home health, hospice, or outpatient care is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable working with CRMs
Bonus if You Have
Knowledge of EMR systems or healthcare billing/coding
Prior experience working with home health or hospice agencies

Working Conditions and Special Demands:
Availability during 6 am - 6 pm PST timeframe.
