Lead the hands-on management, planning, and reporting for a portfolio of new retail media channels
 Translate strategic vision into an executable media roadmap, identifying and testing innovative solutions through 'test and learn' programs
 Work cross-functionally with tech vendors, installation teams, and operations to ensure flawless implementation and ongoing excellence
 Conduct market and competitor research to identify opportunities and maintain a competitive edge
 Use performance data and stakeholder feedback to continually optimise and enhance the media proposition 
 Skills & Experience (Not negotiable):
 3+ years of experience in a media-focused role at a retailer, media agency, media-owner, or ad-tech company
 A solid understanding of the retail media landscape, including both physical (in-store) and digital (e-commerce) environments
 Demonstrated experience in project management and managing multiple stakeholders
 A passion for innovation, customer experience, and process optimisation
