Job Title: Media Coordinator (Admin + Negotiation Hybrid)
Location: Hybrid - Work from home, 1 day in Sandton office per week

We're looking for a Media Coordinator to join Green Media -- someone who thrives on admin but isn't afraid to speak up and negotiate a better deal.
You'll be the link between our sales team, media owners, and brand partners. Your role will include managing trackers, collecting campaign proof, sending out creative material, following up with partners, and helping the team secure free/bonus media where possible.
This isn't a sales role -- but it is a media-facing role that includes negotiation. You'll chase deadlines, organise chaos, and help make sure every campaign goes live perfectly and on time.
?YZ What You'll Do
Admin & Coordination

• Track all media bookings and update campaign trackers

• Gather creative assets from brands and send them to media owners

• Follow up on Proof of Flighting (PoF) and build client reports

• Help format media decks and proposals

• Keep internal folders and trackers tidy and up-to-date

• Ensure nothing falls through the cracks

Media Support & Light Negotiation

• Support the team in securing up to R24 million in quarterly media value through admin coordination and negotiation

• Liaise with media owners to secure free placements, bonus media, and added value

• Help package rates, finalise deals, and update internal systems

• Build relationships with key suppliers and media partners to strengthen future leverage

• Love admin and are seriously organised

• Don't need to be told twice -- you chase, follow up, and get things done

• Are great with spreadsheets, email, and decks (we live in them)

• Have negotiation flair (or want to learn it)

• Know how to work remotely and still keep your team in the loop

• Are proactive and handle deadlines like a boss

?Y"s Requirements:

• 2+ years in an admin, coordination, or support role (media or advertising is a bonus)

• Excellent written and verbal English skills

• Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint/Google Slides

• Media or agency experience helpful, but not required

• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

You'll qualify to earn up to R100,000 in commission per quarter, based on the value of media you help secure through negotiation.
Green Media's quarterly media target is R48 million. You could be supporting or securing up to R24 million of this through your admin and negotiation work -- and we reward that impact.
