Gr8t Digital, a fast-growing Real Estate marketing agency, is looking for a skilled Media Buyer and Ads Manager to lead paid ad campaigns and generate qualified leads for realtors, investors, and brokerages across the U.S. and Canada.

We specialize in AI-powered lead generation systems that consistently deliver 15+ pre-qualified appointments per month for our clients. As we scale toward half a million in revenue by the end of 2025, we're searching for a media buyer who's confident in Facebook/Instagram Ads, understands funnel mechanics inside Go High Level, and thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

What You'll Do:



Meta Ads Management:

Plan, launch, and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns for lead generation across multiple real estate markets.

GHL Funnel Integration:

Build and connect Go High Level funnels, automations, forms, surveys, and pipelines to support end-to-end lead generation and nurturing.

Ad Copy & Creative Direction:

Collaborate with copywriters and designers to test new ad angles, hooks, and creatives that attract quality leads.

Audience Targeting & Testing:

Conduct audience research, create custom/lookalike audiences, and run A/B tests to improve campaign performance.

Daily Optimization:

Monitor ad performance daily, adjusting bids, budgets, and creative to meet client-specific KPIs and CPL goals.

Performance Reporting:

Track key metrics, generate reports, and provide clear performance summaries for the internal team and clients.

Problem Solving:

Troubleshoot account issues, ad rejections, disapprovals, and integration gaps to ensure smooth campaign execution.

What You'll Bring:



Meta Ads Expertise:

Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience running and optimizing Facebook/Instagram Ads for lead generation.

Go High Level Proficiency:

Comfortable building automations, funnels, and managing client accounts inside GHL.

Lead Generation Focus:

Strong understanding of direct response advertising and how to generate and qualify inbound leads.

Analytical Mindset:

Ability to interpret ad performance data and make strategic decisions based on CPL, CTR, ROAS, and lead quality.

Problem Solver:

You're resourceful, proactive, and don't wait for someone else to fix campaign issues or performance drops.

Organized & Detail-Oriented:

Capable of managing multiple accounts and campaigns without missing deadlines or key updates.

Real Estate Experience (Bonus):

Prior work in real estate marketing or lead generation for realtors or investors is a plus.

Salary:

$12,000 - $24,000 per year

Additional Pay:

Performance bonuses, Commission pay, Overtime pay

8-hour shift, Monday to Friday, Weekends as needed
