Job Summary Main purpose of the position:

  • Source new business for the company and takes overall responsibility for media planning and buying.
  • Penetrate the media market, both outbound and inbound leads for potential customers, developing and implementing current and new sales plans.
  • Management and building of a high performance sales and marketing team for the accomplishment of monthly and annual sales targets.
Requirements:
  • Previous work experience in media or advertising agency.
  • Sales Background in a multinational organization.
  • Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
  • Technical background and understating of Advertising techniques.
  • Ability to analyze the competition and the industry in general to generate reports for management and for development of Sales and Marketing Strategies.
  • Proven ability to drive the Advertising and sales process from plan to close and leadership and Mentoring skills for a team of a professionals.
  • Brand awareness and ability to promote and market leading industry brands.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Products including Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Key Performance Areas:
  • Research and identify new business opportunities xe2x80x93 Bringing on board and signing in new clients across
  • Media Planning and Activations: In-depth knowledge of media planning processes and activation strategies. Adept at creating innovative campaigns to maximize clients' brand exposure and reach.
  • Prepare and manage annual sales and Advertising plans through continuously researching and developing marketing opportunities, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the companyxe2x80x99s sales and advertising goals.
  • Implementation of Advertising strategies to achieve revenue generation, increase of market share and overall business growth for the company.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performance Sales Team to help them achieve and surpass requisite targets and oversee day-to-day sales and monitor customer response metrics.
  • Implementing new sales plans and advertising by providing and monitoring periodic content/ promotions for all communication channels, including amongst others but not limited to the companyxe2x80x99s websites, social media accounts and monthly newsletters.
  • Create an Advertising pipeline, discuss promotional strategies and activities with management, increase personal accountability, improve forecasting, and track performance versus competition.
  • Sales Team Management by communicating clear job expectations, monitoring, and evaluating performance as well as training and motivating sales teams.
