Mechnical Building Services Engineer

Design, drafting and run projects HVAC and Wet Services for commercial buildings, student housing and hospitals using Autocad and Revit
Heat calculations
Optimizing project financial performance
Compilation of BOQs and tender specification
Responsible for site inspections and client liaison
Skills & Experience:
Minimum 5+ years of experience
Skilled in MS Office( Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Good communication skills, written and verbal
Understanding of Revit MEP services
Qualification:
BSc/BEng BTech in Mechanical Engineering
Professionally registered is an advantage
Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
