Skills & Experience:

Minimum 5 years working experience a manufacturing factory plant environment
Strong working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems
Experience in automation, robotics, and/or control systems
Proficiency in PLC programming, embedded systems, or microcontroller-based applications
Competent in using CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or Autodesk Inventor
Proven ability to integrate hardware and software into cohesive engineering solutions
Familiarity with sensors, actuators, and motion control technologies
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams
Previous experience in mechatronics, automation, robotics, manufacturing, or industrial engineering
Hands-on involvement in system design, testing, and commissioning activities
Exposure to industrial environments, R&D, or product development is highly advantageous

Qualification:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
Relevant professional certifications or training (e.g., PLC, robotics, automation) will be highly advantageous
