Job Summary

BSc or BTech Mechanical Degree

Up to 5 years experience in mechanical and piping design on process plant type projects

Flange, Valve, Fitting & Bend selection
Preparation of Flange, Valve, Fittings and Bends specification & data sheets
Be able to multi-task between several projects
Piping design, supporting, ancillary structures
Identifies technical problems and appropriately engages the business tech
Comply with Company valves and QA System
Contribute to continuous improvement of HSE and Quality within the project and everyday office environment
Identify temporary materials required for the pipe pre-commissioning activities
Check and monitor the quality of own work and the work of the draughtsman and designers
ANSYS Fluent (or equivalent CFD software) for immediate placement
Providing assistance to the construction contractor for resolution of issues
Review and approval of stress isometrics and calculation packages
