Job Description
Join an FMCG team as a Mechanical Technician in the Western Cape!
In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance, fault finding and repair of production mechanical systems an machinery. This includes hydraulics, pneumatics, and rotating equipment. Your ability to read and interpret technical drawings and experience with high-speed machinery will be essential.
To succeed in this role, you should have a Mechanical Fitter or Millwright trade test (or a national diploma) and a minimum of 5 years' post-trade test experience in FMCG/beverage manufacturing. You should also have the ability to understand mechanical installation, alignment, and commissioning procedures and familiarity with CMMS.
