Job Description
Hire Resolve's client is currently seeking a Mechanical Supervisor to join their reputable mining company in the Northern Cape.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the maintenance activities of the mechanical department
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Plan and schedule preventative and corrective maintenance tasks
- Oversee equipment inspections and troubleshooting
- Manage and control maintenance budgets
- Provide technical guidance and support to the mechanical team
- Engineering Technical Trade Test in (Boilermaking/Fitting) - MQA preferred
- Engineering Technical Theoretic Certificate N3 (Essential)
- First Line Supervisory Certificate (NQF level 4 xe2x80x93 150 Credits)
- Minimum of four (4) years operational mining / plant maintenance environment experience
- Minimum of three (3) yearsxe2x80x99 Team / Project leader/Supervisory experience
- Minimum of 4 years crusher experience
- Medically fit - Meet required medical fitness standards
- Driverxe2x80x99s license - Valid Code EB driverxe2x80x99s license
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Salary negotiable
