Our client has an EE opportunity available for a Mechanical Section Engineer in Cold Products based in Middelburg.

Requirements:

ND, BEng or B Tech in Mechanical Engineering with 5+ years relevant engineering experience.
4+ years' experience in a position responsible for people management.
Legal compliance certification in terms of the OHS Act.
Training in maintenance principles and practices.
Management development training with 2+ years' experience in a management role.
The ability to work effectively under pressure.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the Mechanical Maintenance in the Cold Products area.
Ensure safety and legal compliance.
Conduct maintenance management and root cause failure analysis.
Lead the mechanical team to maintain and optimise the life cycle cost of the asset performance.
