Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end mechanical projects within mineral processing facilities
- Oversee engineering design, procurement, installation, and commissioning
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource planning
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
- Drive continuous improvement and technical excellence
- BEng Degree in Mechanical Engineering (essential)
- Minimum 3-5 years experience managing mechanical projects in the mineral processing or heavy industrial environment
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, plant layout, and equipment selection
- Excellent project planning, leadership, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain project control under pressure
