Are you a Fitter ready for an exciting opportunity in the South African manufacturing sector? Our client, a major player on the Eastern Cape coast, is on the lookout for a Mechanical Foreman to join their team.

As the Mechanical Foreman, youll be the go-to person for making sure everything runs like a well-oiled machine (pun intended!). Youll be responsible for keeping all equipment, machinery, buildings, and premises in the best shape to maximise productivity and plant efficiency.

Youll dive into plant maintenance and handle critical machinery management. So, if youre a problem-solver with the ability to handle pressure, this is your chance to shine! Youll also take charge of project management. That means youll need solid admin skills, reliability, a fantastic work ethic, and a keen eye for detail.

Since youll be overseeing a team, your supervisory skills should be remarkable. Great communication skills are a must! Youll be the bridge between management and the workers, ensuring a smooth flow of information.

NDC Personnel & Contractors looking for applicants who tick the following boxes: you should have a trade test, an N4 in Engineering Studies or similar mechanical subjects, and xc2xb1 3 years exposure to hydraulics and pneumatics. Experience in the FMCG/Manufacturing industry is essential.
