MECHANICAL FOREMAN
ENGINEERING/MANUFACTURING
PIETERMARITZBURG - KZN
Seeking a qualified and experienced Mechanical Foreman, full-time position requiring a minimum of
5 years supervisory experience in a heavy duty engineering/manufacturing environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Carry out planned maintenance schedules, daily plant checks
- Attend to breakdowns and carry out necessary repairs promptly
- Assist in planning, leading, organizing, and controlling
- Accurately record work done and report serious defects
- Conduct safety inspections as required
- Undertake equipment installation and modification
- Ability to read mechanical drawings
- Mechanical drives & gearboxes, hydraulics, Pneumatics and water, air & steam reticulation essential
- Trade Test - Fitter plus 10 years experience
