Job Title: Mechanical Fitter (Junior level)

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist with assembly and disassembly of machinery, equipment, and components.
- Perform basic mechanical maintenance tasks such as lubrication, cleaning, replacing worn parts, and tightening fasteners.
- Support senior fitters in troubleshooting mechanical issues.
- Follow work instructions and technical drawings under supervision.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and lifting equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Adhere to safety standards and procedures at all times.
- Record completed work and report issues to supervisors.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical systems, tools, and equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret basic engineering drawings and manuals.
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn.
- Awareness of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) practices.
- Team-oriented with good communication skills.
