Hire Resolve's client is currently looking a Mechanical Engineering Foreman with extensive winder experience to join their mining company based in Mpumalanga.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee mechanical maintenance.
- Prioritize and direct Artisans based on emergencies.
- Respond to mechanical breakdowns.
- Manage the Engineering workshop and stores.
- Control and order required stock and materials.
- Design basic mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic components.
- Diagnose and repair equipment faults.
- Identify root causes of breakdowns.
- Grade 12
- N3 Certificate in Mechanical Engineering
- Valid Trade Test Certificate (Mechanical)
- 3 - 5 years' experience as a Mechanical Foreman
- 5 years' experience working on winders.
- Valid Driver's License
- Salary: Negotiable
- Paid Time Off (PTO) (If Applicable)
