Requirements an ECSA-registered (this is negotiable depending on the position to be filled) . Responsibilities xe2x80xa2 Establish client requirements and preferences, xe2x80xa2 Prepare and finalize the project concept xe2x80xa2 Develop the approved concept to finalise the design xe2x80xa2 Documentation and Procurement xe2x80xa2 Contract Administration and Inspection xe2x80xa2 Project Close-out Qualification xe2x80xa2 Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field xe2x80xa2 ECSA registered xe2x80xa2 Strong problem-solving, technical, math, and science skills xe2x80xa2 Strong written and verbal communication xe2x80xa2 Prior consulting engineering experience in the building environment Package and Remuneration Market related
