Job Summary Mechanical Engineer - Luxury Hospitality / Industrial Projects A leading luxury hospitality group is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and proactive engineer to ensure the optimal functioning, maintenance, and development of mechanical systems across our properties. Key Responsibilities: Design; maintain, and oversee mechanical systems including HVAC, plumbing, and other infrastructure within the properties. Conduct regular inspections, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting to ensure operational efficiency. Collaborate with project teams on renovations, expansions, and upgrades of facilities. Prepare technical reports, documentation, and maintenance schedules. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards. Coordinate with external contractors and service providers as required. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. Minimum 3-5 years' experience in facilities management, hospitality, or industrial environments. Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
