Job Description
General responsibilities:
- Must have worked with the Govt Gazette fee structures.
- Must know the 6 stages of a project.
- Level of working knowledge of design software and samples of designs.
- Must be familiar with relevant SANS and OHSA regulations.
- Establish client requirements and preferences.
- Prepare and finalize the project concept.
- Develop the approved concept to finalising the design.
- Documentation and procurement.
- Contract administration and inspection.
- Project close-out.
Experience:
- Largest HVAC systems.
- Fire Protection.
- WET Services.
- Lifts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving, technical, math, and science skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Must have prior consulting engineering experience in various projects.
- Must have a driverxc3xa2xc2x80xc2x99s license and reliable transport.
