Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent) is essential
- 5 to 6 years of proven experience in a food production environment
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience within a technical or maintenance team
- Strong background in improvement planning, optimisation, and efficiency initiatives
- Proficient in troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and technical problem-solving
- Must be eligible to work in the Netherlands or possess valid work authorisation
- Oversee and coordinate mechanical maintenance activities
- Lead and mentor a small team of technicians
- Collaborate with production and quality teams to ensure uptime and efficiency
- Drive continuous improvement and lean initiatives across the facility
- Contribute to planning and equipment upgrades
