Job Description
Job Summary
:
- Develop detailed 2D designs and transform them into detailed 3D models for mechanical systems and components, ensuring functionality, efficiency, and compliance with specifications
- Manage all phases of mechanical projects, including manufacturing, assembly, and on-site installation for clients
- Conduct concept and design reviews
- 3D CAD experience
- Minimum 3+ years of post-graduate experience
- Excellent task and time management skills
- Experience in automotive engineering development or similar preferred.
- Good written and verbal communication skills (English and Afrikaans)
- Computer literate, mainly with Microsoft Office and relevant Design Software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Autodesk Inventor)
- B Eng Degree or B Tech Degree in Mechanical Engineering
