Job Description

We are looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer to join our multi-disciplinary team and contribute to taking projects from concept to market-ready products. You will work on design development, prototype testing, and optimization, ensuring practical and reliable solutions while collaborating with other team members.

Design and develop innovative components and systems using SOLIDWORKS, applying FEA analysis for performance and durability
Develop, test, and refine prototypes to ensure robust and reliable solutions
Conduct assessments in real-world settings to validate and improve designs
Ensure designs are practical, cost-effective, and manufacturable
Work closely with multi-disciplinary teams to optimize solutions
Take projects from initial concept through to product launch, meeting timelines and targets

Skills & Experience

5-10 years' experience in mechanical or mechatronic design; experience in agriculture is an advantage
Strong expertise in SOLIDWORKS and FEA analysis
Ability to balance the bigger picture with meticulous attention to detail
Energetic, positive, and solution-oriented; able to solve complex design challenges creatively
Self-motivated with a proven track record of delivering projects to completion
Comfortable working in multi-disciplinary teams

Qualification

BEng or BTech in Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering (minimum requirement)
