Mechanical Design Engineer
Cape Town, Western Cape, South Africa
Job Description
:
- Design and develop detailed mechanical systems and components, including 3D models, ensuring optimal functionality, efficiency, and adherence to specifications
- Oversee all stages of mechanical projects, from manufacturing and assembly to on-site installation
- 2-3 years of experience in designing moving components
- Solid understanding of technical designs, drawings, and material properties
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Skilled in SolidWorks and AutoCAD
- Experience with Autodesk Inventor is advantageous
- Valid driver's license
- BEng or BTech in Mechanical Engineering
