Mechanical Design Engineer

Job Description
Skills:
- 10-15 years' experience in design and manufacturing, preferably heavy manufacturing
- Good structural design knowledge
- Good knowledge of mechanisms like hydraulic actuated A-frames, etc.
- Good draughting skills - must know how to create a mechanical engineering drawing with tolerances, welding, BOM, etc.
- Very good SolidWorks experience, including Simulation
- AutoCAD experience will be a plus
- Good Microsoft skills, especially Excel
Must have Mechanical engineering diploma / degree, Must be able to think on his/her feet, the ability and confidence to make quick engineering calls when in the field/offshore and have good communication skills.
