Mechanical Design Engineer Armored Vehicles

Job Description
Job Summary Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop mechanical components and systems for armored vehicles.
- Conduct 3D modeling, simulations, and engineering analysis (FEA, CFD, etc.).
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate subsystems.
- Prepare detailed technical drawings, specifications, and design documentation.
- Support prototype builds, testing, and design validation.
- Drive continuous improvements in design for manufacturing and assembly.
- B.Eng / BSc in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
- Minimum 3 years' experience in mechanical design, preferably within the defense or automotive industry.
- Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, Siemens NX, or equivalent).
- Experience with FEA and engineering simulation tools.
- Strong knowledge of design for manufacturing and materials selection.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
