What You'll Need

Grade 12 / NQF 4 Completed

N2 -- Tractor Mechanic

3-5 years' experience turning wrenches like a pro A sharp eye for detail -- precise, thorough, accurate A mindset that always looks for ways to add value Clear criminal record A team-first attitude

What You'll Be Doing

Putting together spot-on quotations that match customer needs Servicing, repairing, and overhauling agricultural equipment (tractors, implements & more!) Keeping your paperwork as clean as your best toolbox -- all according to VKB procedures Playing it safe: sticking to all Health & Safety rules Building solid relationships with customers and suppliers Handling guarantee claims like a champ Sharing your knowledge -- mentoring others and living the VKB values Cross-marketing awesome VKB products and promotions Collaborating with internal teams, suppliers and clients Tackling daily ad hoc tasks with a smile
