to join our workshop team. The ideal candidate will have solid mechanical knowledge, hands-on experience with bodywork and fabrication, and a genuine interest in classic vehicle restoration--particularly Land Rovers.
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out mechanical repairs, maintenance, service work, and full rebuilds on classic Land Rovers
Perform bodywork repairs including rust removal, panel fitting, and refinishing
Work alongside a small, skilled team to meet project deadlines
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe workshop environment
Communicate clearly with team members and workshop managers about project progress
Requirements:
Automotive Mechanic training / qualification
Proven experience in automotive mechanics
Strong understanding of classic car mechanical systems
High attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
References required - please provide at least two relevant references
Desirable (but not essential):
Previous experience with Land Rover restorations
Relevant qualifications in automotive engineering or similar field
