Job Description
Dromex Globale (PTY)Ltd is looking for Mechanics that are available immediately to join our team.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Skilled to service, maintain and repair sewing machines but not limited to.
Troubleshoots and finds the problems.
Take machines apart and corrects the problem by replacing parts or fixing old parts and put machine back together.
Prepare, receive, and aid with ordering and maintenance of the operations of production in relations to machinery.
Assist with other tasks within the maintenance department.
Keep up to date with daily operations.
Meeting monthly targets (ensuring there is limited downtime and planning of maintenance)
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Excellent English and IsiZulu communications (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills. Must be able to communicate effectively and have good negotiation skills.
Excellent planning, organizational and time management skills.
Must be analytical, efficient and pay attention to detail.
Good decision-making skills and response to high pressure situations.
Excellent problem solving, leadership and customer service skills.
Grade 12(matric) or Recognition of prior learning.
3-5 Years of experience in a similar position within the Factory environment
