Job Summary Gr12; N.D.Food Tech; GMP; HACCP;FSMS;(FSSC 22 000);MS Office; 2+ years of on the floor exp QC/QA and FSMS in high-risk food manufacturing/meat & packing plant. Be fluent in English/good interpersonal skills/able to work in a team/follow instructions and procedures/work within deadlines/cope with pressure. Duties & responsibilities in high throughput export graded abattoir with national and international clientele require flexible hours - not suitable for time watchers!The company culture focus on values/customer centricity/excellence. Team member/Quality & Food Safety Assurance which is integrated with their business systems. Part of the Food Safety and Health and Safety teams/arrange meetings/take/write minutes of meetings/assist Food Safety Mngr with Food Safety Mngt System duties, i.e. NCR/control & follow ups/spec systems/filing of documents/records of FSMS/QMS. Hygiene/ Housekeeping & Food Safety inspections in departments. Assist the Food Safety Manager with Administration of all FSMS documents and records. Verification of ALL PRPs, OPRPs & CCPs/process control checks/inspections and reports/participate in internal & external audits as required. Other duties as allocated.
