The purpose of a back office agent is to assist the RCIC's office with obtaining all documentation to complete the visa application. It is part of our mission to provide sensitive and thoughtful support to our clients who are embarking on a new journey as they approach their immigration dreams.
The second role of a back office agent is to work as an academic advisor to the client who wishes to apply for a student visa application. The role of the academic advisor includes but is not limited to assisting with assembling his/her academic background portfolio, identifying the client's academic goals, introducing the client to educational institutes in Canada, and lastly assisting with the school application.
Academic Advisor:
The responsibility of an academic advisor is to assist students in their growth and development by constructing meaningful educational plans that are compatible with their life goals.
An academic advisor is knowledgeable of institutional regulations, policies, offerings, and procedures, and is continuously striving to learn more about different academic programs throughout Canada that may benefit our clients.
Help students define and develop realistic educational career plans.
Provide a list of options of schools that identify with the client's abilities and interests.
Monitor and track the school application until the letter of acceptance is received.
Proactively contact and be available for student advisees regularly
Obtain a minimum of four LOAs per month

Legal, immigration, or regulatory experience is highly advantageous.
