Joining us means joining a caring, responsible, and innovative company where more than 70,000 people lead the way to greener and smarter mobility, worldwideJOB TITLE & PURPOSE OF THE JOBJob Title:Master Production / Repairs SchedulerIndustrial PlannerJob Code:Purpose of the job:Build the Master Production Schedule (Industrial Planning) for all firm projects, opportunities and tenders.Ensure feasibility and coherency with customer needs.Propose feasible scenario for P&FM cycle and follow daily the progress of the manufacturing plan.Manage manufacturing and testing resources (physical and per workshops/mxc3xa9tiers/hourly rates) including bottle neck approach.Calculate WIP for monthly HI consolidation.POSITION IN THE ORGANISATIONOrganisation structure:Supply chain departmentReports directly to:Master Production / Repairs Scheduling ManagerOther reporting to:Supply chain director or global planning directorDirect reports:N/ANetwork & LinksInternalManufacturing and testing DeptPME (PIM)Project (PrPM)SC (PrSCL, Procurement)Finance (WPC Manager)Sourcing (PrSM)PrIM, HRTender team for opportunityExternalNoneACCOUNTABILITIES & AUTHORITIESKey accountabilities:Apply Industrial Planning Golden rules.Use Kinaxis MPS for all scheduling activities for firm and forecast projects, (not mandatory for other tenders) (RS sites)For opportunities and tenders:Build the industrial planning in coherency with inputs from tender team and site management.Analyse the bottlenecks (site capacity) at least quarterly.Give data according to Global Planning and S&OP process taking in account PIO and Site Strategic PlanFor firm projects:Get the commitment on the hypothesis taken from all stakeholdersBuild the industrial planning taking into account availability of Material, Men, Machine (3M approach)Identify the bottlenecks as well as and all other possible risks on the industrial planning, alert Industrial Planning manager and the PrPMs of the projects involved each time a new one is identified, propose scenario to secure themDaily monitoring of industrial planning and meeting with industrial teams (Manuf / Testing / SC )Update industrial planning into the ERP system each time there is a change validated by all stakeholdersGuarantee that the data inside the ERP are the latest update.Participate to the P&FM process by doing the appropriate simulations to support decisions to be taken.Evaluate impacts of decisions on the MPS, by doing simulations. Then when decisions are validated to do some short term changes, be sure it is updated in the MPS and in the ERP system as well.In case of major change, prepare communication pack for SCM and Sourcing (to be send to Internal and external suppliers)Analyze the root causes of delay of the industrial planning and their impact, including impact on other projects (multi project line).Update weekly the actual dates and communicate internally on the MPS status through a cockpit (tables, graphs,xe2x80xa6)Update KPIs MPS Accuracy and UoT and communicate themCalculate manufacturing workload inside the planning tool, identify the resources needed and share results for monthly meetingCalculate the WIPApply EHS rules (Alstom Zero Deviation Plan) when moving in workshopsPromoting the Alstom Code of Ethics and adhering to the highest standards of ethical conduct.Key Job Authorities and Dimensions:NonePerformance measurements:MPS Accuracy, UoT, Hard WIP, industrial planning volatilityEXPERIENCE PREREQUISITES & REQUIRED COMPETENCESEducational RequirementsMandatory:Minimum Diploma in Supply ChainExperienceMandatory:Minimum 3 years sxperience in supply chainexperience in demand planning will be an advantage.Working experience on SAP or related ERPOwn transport requiredDesirable:Knowledgeable of E2E vision for Industrial Planning process and process impact in ERP for procurement and manufacturingCompetencies & SkillsTechnical:Good knowledge of MPS Kinaxis (RS Site) or GSI (Compo, Signalling)Good level of EnglishGood knowledge of excelBehavioral:Good Communication and collaborative skillsInnovative, pro-active and positiveCustomer orientedSense of urgencyand autonomousAble to make the synthesis of a critical issueAlstom is the leading company in the mobility sector, solving the most interesting challenges for tomorrowxe2x80x99s mobility.
