What youll own
- Analyse and redesign end-to-end marketplace finance processes
- Streamline workflows, eliminate inefficiencies, and strengthen controls
- Build dashboards, KPIs, and automated reporting for real visibility
- Identify risk and compliance gaps and implement solutions
- Partner across Finance, Tech, Product, and Operations to drive change
- Have 35+ years in financial analysis, business analysis, or process improvement
- Excel at process mapping, optimisation, and implementation
- Understand financial controls, risk, and compliance
- Are confident with Excel, ERPs, and BI tools
- Thrive in fast-paced, tech-enabled environments
