Role Purpose
The purpose of the Marketing Trainee role is to support the Marketing Department in executing strategic initiatives that drive sales, differentiate brands, and deliver customer value. This role involves conducting customer and competitor research, analysing internal sales data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to uncover actionable customer insights. The Marketing Trainee contributes to the development and implementation of brand strategies and marketing campaigns, gaining exposure to the dynamic FMCG retail environment within Africa's largest retail group.
