A junior role responsible for supporting digital marketing, direct marketing campaigns, sales coordination, and basic admin tasks. Ideal for someone starting their career in marketing and customer support.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with social media content, posting, and basic analytics.
Support direct marketing campaigns (SMS, WhatsApp, flyers, community activations).
Capture and manage sales leads from digital platforms and calls.
Help prepare quotes, follow-ups, and maintain sales trackers.
Provide call-centre support for enquiries and customer follow-ups.
Assist with admin duties, filing, CRM updates, and data entry.
Skills & Requirements
Matric (required).
Basic marketing or admin knowledge (certificate advantageous).
Good communication and organisational skills.
Familiar with social media and MS Office.
Customer service and phone etiquette skills.
