Job Description
What you'll be doing
- Plan and run engaging student events: welcome weeks, cultural celebrations, wellness programs, leadership retreats, and social activities.
- Work with student groups, clubs, and organizations to help them shine.
- Manage all the behind-the-scenes logistics: venues, catering, equipment, budgets, setup, and promotions.
- Share your creativity on social media and other digital platforms to spread the word.
- Assist with marketing campaigns, sponsorships, and PR efforts to boost the brand.
- Track event effectiveness and continuously improve programs.
- Lead student staff and volunteers when needed.
- 2+ years' experience in events, marketing, or student life programming.
- Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in a relevant field (advantageous).
- Own reliable car and valid driver's license.
- Organized, creative, and able to manage multiple projects.
- Passionate about creating inclusive, vibrant student experiences.
- You'll have the freedom to bring your ideas to life, plan events that students actually look forward to, and work in a lively, collaborative environment. Your energy, creativity, and attention to detail will help make every student experience memorable.
