Job Description

Our client in the property sector is on the lookout for a Marketing & Student Life Events Planner who loves bringing people together and turning ideas into unforgettable events. You'll be at the heart of building vibrant student communities in their accommodation buildings, while also supporting marketing, PR, and sponsorship initiatives.
What you'll be doing

• Plan and run engaging student events: welcome weeks, cultural celebrations, wellness programs, leadership retreats, and social activities.
• Work with student groups, clubs, and organizations to help them shine.
• Manage all the behind-the-scenes logistics: venues, catering, equipment, budgets, setup, and promotions.
• Share your creativity on social media and other digital platforms to spread the word.
• Assist with marketing campaigns, sponsorships, and PR efforts to boost the brand.
• Track event effectiveness and continuously improve programs.
• Lead student staff and volunteers when needed.

What we're looking for

• 2+ years' experience in events, marketing, or student life programming.
• Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in a relevant field (advantageous).
• Own reliable car and valid driver's license.
• Organized, creative, and able to manage multiple projects.
• Passionate about creating inclusive, vibrant student experiences.
