What will you be doing?
The role will be responsible for the profitable marketing of all Smith & Nephew Orthopaedics Trauma and Clinical Therapies products and the attainment of short-term agreed sales and profit targets, as well as devising and implementing marketing strategies that will ensure the short, medium and long-term profitability of the products within the portfolio.
What will you need to be successful?
Establish and nurture the relationship between Key Contacts and Smith & Nephew and commercialise these relationships.
Experience in establishing ongoing educational programmes on the Orthopaedic Trauma product portfolio and co-ordinating the programmes through academic and non-academic outlets throughout the country.
Experience in the formulation and implementation of short-, medium- and long-term strategic plans for brands
The ability to keep abreast of local and international developments and trends in the marketplace.
Experience in compiling, presenting, and managing annual sales budgets.
Good customer relations and providing support to the sales force.
Successful candidates would need the following:
Bachelor's degree in healthcare and marketing.
5 years' experience in a similar role within the Medical Device or Pharmaceutical Industry.
